- Convenience Store Pickup (Taiwan): 7-Eleven pickup available; store options shown at checkout. If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll assist with alternatives.
- Courier Service: Yamato Transport (Taiwan) & SF Express (International). Shipping costs vary by item weight/size. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

- Return and exchange services are available only in Taiwan.
- Request Period: Apply the day after receiving the product and return it within 7 days.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging and receipt.
- Damaged packaging due to shipping is not eligible for return.
- Process: Contact customer service (info@ozmdmusic.com) with your order number and defect photos (if applicable). Please follow return instructions and provide a tracking number. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Once returned, eligible items will be refunded or exchanged at our cost.
