If you need to request a return or exchange, please provide the video for processing.
Applicable Area
Return and exchange services are only available within Taiwan. We do not offer return and exchange services for international orders.
Return and Exchange Period
Buyers must apply for a return or exchange the day after receiving the product, and return the item within 7 days to avoid affecting processing time.
Product Condition Requirements
The 7-day appreciation period is not equivalent to a trial period.
When applying for a return or exchange, ensure that the product, packaging, and receipt are intact, and the product must not show any signs of use or have any odors (e.g., perfume smell, smoke smell).
The product packaging may be damaged due to collisions during shipping, which is not covered under the return policy.
Return and Exchange Steps
Apply for Return or Exchange
Buyers should first contact customer service at (info@ozmdmusic.com) to request a return and provide the order number.
If the product is defective, please also attach videos and photos of the defect.
Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Approval
If the product meets the return criteria, we will send a confirmation email and inform you of the next steps for the return process.
Return the Product
Once the return order is confirmed, please return the product according to the instructions, ensuring proper packaging, and provide the tracking number.
If the return is due to personal reasons and the product is not defective, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Post-Return Processing
Once the product is returned, if it meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.
If an exchange is required, the shipping costs for the new product will be covered by us.
